What we did:
This renovation included
- Widened entry between kitchen and living space for more open, cohesive feel
- Kitchen renovation – replacing all cabinetry, finishes, and fixtures
- Transformed the former sitting room to a full working pantry
- 10-ft Large island with seating added
- Bar / Coffee nook added
- Took space out of the garage to create a “mudpowdry” room (combo mudroom, powder room, and laundry)
- Refinished all hardwood and painted where necessary
- Removed fireplace crown and replaced stone base to modernize, added built-in shelving surrounds
- Updated all bedrooms and bathrooms
