Sales Coordinator / Admin
About the Role
NYCO Renovations is a growing residential renovation and custom cabinetry firm based in Dieppe, NB. We’re hiring a Sales Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our sales pipeline — the first point of contact for leads, the person who keeps clients informed at every milestone, and the one who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
– Respond to all incoming leads (web, phone, email, social) within 48 hours
– Book consultations
– Send proposals to clients and make follow-ups
– Keep client systems accurate and up to date
– Send weekly client updates during renovations
– Coordinate scheduling between PMs, estimator, sub-trades, and clients
Must-Haves
– Fully bilingual (English/French) — written and verbal
– 2+ years in admin, coordination, or sales support
– Hands-on experience with CRMs
– Strong organizational skills and proactive follow-through
– Warm, professional, client-facing communication style
