What You’ll Do
- Assist carpenters and project teams with residential renovations
- Perform general labour tasks: light lifting, tool use, cleanup, and site support
- Keep work areas, vehicles, and equipment neat and organized
- Follow direction from Project Managers and Lead Carpenters while building independence
- Use JobTread (our project management app) for clock-ins, daily logs, and site photos
- Provide excellent service to clients with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction, carpentry or general labour (required)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from job sites
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
- Cell phone required
