NYCO Renovations is a growing residential remodelling  and renovating company providing services to the Greater Moncton and surrounding areas.  We offer design services, quality renovations and warranty on craftsmanship for all our clients.  We also offer custom cabinets through our new division:  Ma Belle Maison – Kitchens, bathrooms and more.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to grow our sales through new business.  The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The SSC will play a key role in driving revenue growth, working closely with the executive team to assist in the building of the corporate strategy and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and prospecting strategies.
    • Utilise various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events, to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
    • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Sales Presentations:
    • Conduct compelling and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
    • Customise presentations to address the specific needs and concerns of potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    • Lead negotiations and address objections to secure new business deals.
    • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective closing techniques.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    • Analyse market data to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Utilise sales analytics and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. (considered an asset)
  • Adept at building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or College diploma in a Marketing/Sales program preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and French) *considered an asset
  • Past experience in the construction industry is also considered an asset.

Compensation:

Base salary $52,000 plus commission
