What You’ll Do
- Complete residential renovation work with a high standard of finish
- Perform skilled tasks across multiple scopes, including:
- Tiling
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Carpentry and trim work
- Framing and general renovation tasks
- Basic painting and patching as needed
- Read and follow project plans, drawings, and site instructions
- Work closely with Project Managers and Lead Carpenters to hit schedule targets
- Keep work areas, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized
- Use JobTread for clock-ins, daily logs, and site photos
- Deliver a professional on-site client experience, clean language, respectful conduct, clear communication
What We’re Looking For
- Canadian permanent resident (required)
- Experience in residential renovations as a skilled tradesperson (required)
- Strong working knowledge of tiling, drywall, and carpentry (required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites (required)
- Proficiency in English (required)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finish work
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Works well with a team and takes direction without friction
- Cell phone required
